Shipping policy
All of our products are shipped to you from the Netherlands (European Union) via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over €60 made within the Netherlands and Belgium. We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over €80 made within Austria, France, Germany and Luxembourg. Complimenatry shipping will be applied at checkout and does not include duties.
In other cases the shipping costs will be calculated during check out. Please note that these shipping costs will vary depending on the destination.
Please note that cancellations or modifications to orders are not possible once they have been placed and processed by our warehouse. Covered cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in the address provided by the customer.
Kindly keep in mind that we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Therefore, we ask you to provide a valid residential address. Covered does not offer package rerouting, pick-ups, or refunds on items that have been shipped to hotels, warehouses, businesses or other temporary locations.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.* Once the order is shipped, you will receive your tracking link via email. Please note the delivery time can vary between 1-8 business days, depending on the destination.
*During promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.
If your package has not arrived, you can contact the shipping carrier directly to submit a claim. You can also reach out to us at info@coveredstudio.com - we are here to help and will look into the issue together with the carrier to support you with a suitable solution.
If your Covered package arrives incomplete or damaged as a result of shipment, please take a photo of the shipping box, the products and their outer cardboard packaging. Kindly email these photos to info@coveredstudio.com within 5 business days so we can be of further assistance.
